EXCLUSIVE: Taj Riviera guests have exclusive service in the house and in the swimming pool.

SERVICE: Service will be provided by an expert staff of 2 people and a bathing attendant will be present at the swimming pool from 8 am to 5 pm.

SECURITY: Askari, night watchmen from 6 pm to 6 am as well as electronic alarms.

COOKING: Fresh fish can be bought daily directly from the fishermen who will offer a choice of crabs, prawns, lobsters, octopus and other types of fish. We also offer Mediterranean cuisine at Taj Riviera. Salads and fresh vegetables are provided by local farmers and our cook will pay particular attention to hygiene by washing them with Amuchina (containing sodium hypochlorite) to prevent any type of intestinal infection; tropical and European fruit are always available. A good selection of quality wines is available.

CLIMATE: Excellent climate with low humidity from September to March with a constant sea breeze. >From April to July it can be windy with occasional rainy days.

PRICES:
From December 22, 2008 to December 21, 2009

Low season:
From April to June 30: €600 per week for the house.

Half season:
July, September, November: €750 per week for the house.

High season:
€800 per week for the house.

Supplement for the Christmas period from December 22 to January 8: €1100 per week for the house.

For the Christmas period from December 20 to January 5 inclusive and for the month of August the minimum stay is 7 nights.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Two servants on hand for the whole stay, laundry, swimming pool service and reception costs.

WHAT TO BRING: Sun cream, swimsuits, binoculars, cameras and video cameras.
Fins, masks and snorkels can be obtained in Diani.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS: If you choose to do so you can take anti-malaria prophylaxis and Autan insect repellents. A doctor is available 24 hours a day and a well equipped private hospital is just 500 metres away.

CHILDREN: Taj Riviera House is the perfect place for families with young children wanting to relax as the children are well looked after in absolute privacy. Numerous toys are available and babysitters who speak English are available on request 24 hours a day.
